Not just a property show, the stars of Selling Sunset give us an insight into the homes of the rich and famous, with the added fireworks we all know and love when it comes to reality shows.
It’s full of glamour, drama and…botox? Let’s take a look to see if our favourite realtors have had a bit of help from cosmetic surgeons.
Christine Quinn’s cosmetic surgery
Christine is more than open about her experiences with cosmetic surgery and the procedures she’s undergone.
She admitted to having Botox in previous seasons of the show, and told Vogue in 2020 "I tell people all the time: I got my boobs done, I get my lips done, tons of Botox, tons of makeup".
She admits what you see on the show isn’t easy to achieve, with glam sometimes taking up to 3 hours each day, telling the fashion magazine “It’s expensive to look this cheap”.
We love Christine, her honesty and her sense of humour, we wrote a whole blog discussing what cosmetic surgery procedures we believe she may have undergone. Read it here: Has Christine Quinn had cosmetic surgery?

Has Mary Fitzgerald had a Breast Enlargement?
Looking at past images of Mary, it is possible that she has undergone breast enlargement surgery. A breast enlargement aims to increase the size, shape, or fullness of the breast using an implant. We would assume that Mary may have requested a natural shape with more upper fullness whilst keeping in portion to her frame. This can be achieved in many ways depending on the patient’s current breast tissue and surgeon recommendation with the choice of implant shape, size and placement of the implants during surgery.
The cost of breast enlargement surgery is £5,795 here at MYA.
Mary may have also undergone a rhinoplasty (the surgical name for nose reshaping surgery) procedure. Her nose appears thinner across the bridge, and the tip and nostrils appear to be smaller than in older images. The surgical procedure of reducing the size of the nostrils is called an alar base reduction. While makeup techniques like contouring do help to reduce the size of the nose, a change like this could only be achieved through surgery. The results of the procedure are very natural and still in keeping with the natural proportions of her face.
The cost of a rhinoplasty procedure ultimately depends on many different physiological factors, the techniques used and the surgeon. At MYA, the starting cost of a nose job is £6,995.
Has Mary Fitzgerald had Botox?
We saw Mary have anti-wrinkle injections, often referred to as Botox, administered on Selling Sunset to her forehead at one of The Oppenheim Group's open house parties. This non-surgical treatment will create a smooth forehead and limit any frown/expression lines. The treatment can also be administered around the eyes (crow's feet) and will normally last 3-6 months.
As muscle action gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and will need to be administered again. This procedure can help maintain a youthful appearance, but can also be used as a preventative measure to slow the process of getting wrinkles.
It is possible that Mary has undergone the non-surgical treatment of fillers to her lips too, as she appears to have fuller lips compared to images of her younger self – especially when smiling. The non-surgical provider has ensured her lips still appear natural and in proportion to the patient’s facial features. The average cost of lip fillers in the UK can range depending on the provider, the amount of filler used and where in the face it’s injected, however, you can expect to pay anything from £200 - £1000 per treatment.
Heather Rae cosmetic surgery
Looking at past images of Heather, it is possible that she has undergone a surgical breast enlargement. From what we can see in images, her shape is natural with added fullness, while staying proportions with her physique.
Like her co-star Mary, it looks like Heather’s had filler in her lips, giving her natural fullness and definition.
It is possible Heather has had jawline and chin contouring with non-surgical dermal fillers. This treatment creates a more defined and chiselled look to the chin and jawline and can cost around £150 to £300 per session, depending on the amount of product used and the practice you visit.

Davina seems to have had some Botox on her forehead and around her eyes like her cast mates.
By smoothing these areas, the face appears to be more youthful and awake, as it reduces fine lines and wrinkles. This lasts around 3-6 months and will need to be topped up regularly to maintain the results. Some people use Botox as a preventative technique to put a pause on wrinkles appearing.

I would also suggest Maya has had anti-wrinkle injections, often referred to as Botox, to her forehead and around her eyes (crow’s feet). This non-surgical treatment will create a smooth forehead and limit any frown/expression lines. The treatment will normally last 3-6 months as muscle action gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and need to be treated again. This procedure can give the appearance of smoother skin if you are after a youthful appearance or it can be used as a preventative measure to slow the process of getting wrinkles.
