The 27 year old estate agent has opened up publicly about undergoing cosmetic surgery. Speaking to UK press Andrew openly discussed undergoing a male chest reduction procedure to have glands removed from his chest.

The Love Islander told press, "I didn’t need to have it, I wanted to have it."
