What bras can I wear following a breast enlargement?
Many patients think they have to wear bras with simple designs and maximum support after getting a boob job, but this isn’t the case.
Following recovery you can wear longline bralettes, multiway lingerie, and that’s right…even strapless bras. You just need to know where to shop.
With Valentine’s day around the corner, treat yourself to some beautiful new bras that will make you feel sexy and supported!
It is important that patients continue to wear their post-operative bra, day and night, for 6-8 weeks following their breast enlargement procedure. Patients can return to wearing regular bras as normal following sign-off from your MYA clinical team or surgeon.
Marks & Spencer’s
The good old Marks and Sparks.
It may remind you of where you got your first bra, which had no padding and butterflies on, but their extensive range of bra types and sizes makes it an excellent place to shop if you’re on the hunt for breast enlargement bras.
From t-shirt bras to lacey bralettes, there’s something for everyone at M&S.
Collaborating with stars like Rosie Huntington-Whitely, the highstreet store releases seasonal cuts and colours so you’re good to go all year round - including the most romantic month.
They even have a range of post-surgery bras that offer high levels of support to reduce impact, in cup sizes, A - H. These are a great option during and after recovery.
Bras from M&S are available online, but in larger stores, they have professional bra fitters to help you out - this is recommended if you’re new to the world of bras following a breast enlargement.
Boux Avenue
If you’re shopping for Valentine’s Day and have a larger chest post-boob job, Boux Avenue have a gorgeous range of sets and accessories to spice up your February 14th.
Ranging from A-G, Boux Avenue creates bras with YOU in mind.
Their selection of sexy, plunge, practical and strapless bras with matching knickers, thongs and suspenders are available in affordable sets, so you can look sexy this Valentine’s Day without breaking the bank.
Like M&S, Boux Avenue also has a team of bra fitters to help you find your favourite style - book a bra fitting appointment today at a location near you.
Bravissimo
Bravissimo is famous for supporting the larger bust.
With sizes extending to a gorgeous 42L, you’re sure to find the perfect bra for you after a breast enlargement.
Whether you want something for every day or a bra to impress that special someone (or yourself!), Bravissimo create reasonably priced bras for D-cups and up.
If you’re looking for a treat to kick off February, Bravissamo has a Valentine’s Edit that features a range of nightwear, bras and lingerie.
Curvy Kate
Curvy Kate recognises that no two women are the same. Just because they both have boobs, it doesn’t mean they want the same thing out of a bra.
Curvy Kate’s Valentine’s collection celebrates this and includes bodysuits, sheer bras and a range of matching underwear. To really go out with a bang this V-Day (in more ways that one…wink wink) Shop nipple covers, blindfolds and suspenders to match your new additions.
Band sizes range from 28-42 and you can get D-K in cup sizes - perfect for post-breast enlargement boobs.
George at ASDA
You read that right!
The supermarket’s clothing line includes bras in a wide selection of sizes and styles at a delicious price point.
But don’t be fooled. Just because you can pick one up alongside a pint of milk, it doesn’t mean they’re ugly. ASDA has multiple bodysuits, bustiers and matching sets up to a 42F.
If you don’t want to spend too much money on a bra you’re only going to use once (or twice if all goes well), your local supermarket may have just what you’re looking for.
As breasts after a boob job drop and fluff, it’s normal for them to change throughout the recovery period, making bras on the more affordable end of the scale a sensible option.
Savage X Fenty
Last but certainly not least, we have Rihanna’s lingerie line.
She impressed the makeup world by making foundations fit for every skin tone, and now designs underwear for every body shape and size.
Affordable and inclusive…what more could you want?

Before you start shopping, be aware that they have a unique shopping experience. You can pay full price for all items, or become a member for exclusive offers and value sets.
