GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) comes into effect 25th May 2018 and is a new Data Protection Regulation. It is the tightening up of the current Data Protection Act 1998 and it ensures that any personal data held by an organisation is processed in a secure, transparent and responsible way.

How long do you keep my details for?

Once we have gained your consent, we will keep your details for 6 years because we class them as customer records. You can update or withdraw your consent at any point by visiting privacy.mya.co.uk
