The Breast Reduction Procedure
The breast reduction operation involves the removal of fat and excess skin to create a great new size and shape. The cosmetic surgeon will reposition your nipple and areola to give the breast a natural appearance.
Breast Reduction Recovery
You will need to spend one to two nights in hospital followed by a couple of weeks off of work. You will need to avoid any heavy exercise for several weeks. Following breast reduction surgery, you will need to wear a supportive bra and refrain from too much physical activity. The stitches will be removed after 7-14 days.
